Computer like voice left message saying I should call the number back immediately regarding my "case file". Never said who they were, what the case was regarding, etc.

Robotic voice said irs is filing a lawsuit a***nst me an left a number I call the number an they say their name is Michael Jones from IRS an s**** asking questions about did I do my taxes or did someone else tell him if he's the IRS he should know the answer he gangs up on me. I call back an play with them like they do us then tell him I'm reporting him to IRS scam department.

Just got 2 robocalls in an hour about the IRS filing a lawsuit a***nst me. Wish I knew how my phone number keeps getting used for scams like this. :(

These **** ****ers ! A representative from the IRS just called me this morning saying " I owe the IRS Money " and " there is a warrant for my arrest " But if I made some type of payment today the case would be closed. I told the****hole to KICK ROCKS! The IRS Representative responded "I should be getting arrested within two hours !" Lol ! The things we do for money !

Robo call. Claimed to be IRS. Suing me. There oughta be a law....wait a minute!

a robotic voice said they were they IRS and they are suing me. funny thing is I actually do owe a small amount in back taxes, but I have enough experience with the IRS and with being sued to know these people are amateurs and scammers. I wish it was easier to prosecute criminals who run these scams

On 3/20/16 I received a "semi-professional" message on my home business line from (315) 207-3091 claiming the IRS is sewing me.
