I received an email from a Mrs. Debbie Freeman also with info about contacting a bank. I am suppozed to call the number above and ask for John Clay at the National Bank of New York City. The email address given to me was [email protected]. I just realized that banks would use part of their name in the domain. So I think this is a hoax.
