I just recently began getting these calls (09/15/10) and haven't gotten a chance to answer yet. Called back and got the "customer service" voicemail. Definitely a scam and I hope I get a real person on the line.

They have called me ten times in the past two days. All i hear is breathing and then they **** up. I have tried calling back and all I get is a voicemail.

I am sick of this number calling my cell phone.

I've heard many people say that it's a scam number. I cannot get a new phone, block or c****e the number as it is Tracfone and I do not have the money for a new one at the moment. I'd really like the calls to stop as it wastes my time and disturbs me.

They have called 6 times today, five were ****-ups the next to the last was a woman with University Finders. I told her if she called a***n, I would report. Just received my 6th call!

There has to be a common denomiator somewhere here. Could it be a phone company's way to get you to pay for [Call Block Service}? I wouldn't put it past any of them, especially AT&T. Best thing to do is report them locally and at the Oswego, NY Police Departments.

This was a college finding site that my parents signed me up for when i was looking at grants and scholarship money. They called and tried to find a college or so****ing for me. This of course was after calling 6 times in a 4 hour period while i was at work and when not saying anything after i picked up the phone about 3 times.

these people s****ed calling me today 7/27/10 about 7 times beteen 7am and 7pm. I finally answered and they ***g up. When I called back I got a message saying 'this is customer service. Leave your name and number and we'll return your call' and they **** up. According to online, this has been going on since 2008, same number, same ****up/no name to the company answering ma****e.

This foreign number keeps calling my cell phone and does not leave a message. I called from a land line and it goes directly to voice mail saying "you have reached our customer service dept.... please leave your name and number and we will return your call as soon as possible." Within a 24 hour period they have called me 4 times already

For the past week I have been getting calls on my cell phone from this number (315-207-4761)at all hours of the day. I have never answered it...because I don't answer numbers I don't know. I figure if it is that important they will leave a message. But they never have. Tonight I left my phone at the house while I went to a friends for dinner. We left at 5:30 p.m. and got home at 9:00 p.m.. My phone showed 6 missed phone calls, all from this number. needless to say next time I will be answering. And then I will have a block put on after that!

Just s****ed getting this call today 12-4-08. I also called the number back and left a message asking them to remove my number. They called at 9:46 a.m & then a***n at 12:47 p.m. I have registered my number on the do not call list and it seems ever since I did that I've been getting triple the calls. I intend to file a complaint with the FCC as well.
