Same as the above, saying to be IRS, threatening that I'd be arrested. This is the third time in 2 days. SMH! I know there is nothing that can be done.

So I came home to this message on my answering ma****e...I always return my calls so I did... I asked the guy who I was speaking with he told me Mr. Anart he's from the IRS.. I told him I was Miss Happy.. Happy to have his**** arrested if I got another threatening call!!.. He proceeded to tell me that my number would be removed and then ***g up on me...

Said that the sherrif would be coming to my house in 2 hours to arrest me for breaking tax laws. It was a recordingl. When I blocked my number and called the number back they wouldn't allow the call.

Robo Call claiming that a court order will result in our arrest if we don't return their call.

It was a robotic call with a female voice saying that there were 5 criminal allegations that we're going to be submitted to the county courthouse and the sheriff would be out to arrest me, if I did not call this number back and if I didn't call she would only wish me good luck

They called me claiming that someone in my county was filing five criminal charges a***nst me with the sheriff. (It wasn't clear that they knew what county I was in - this was in rural Indiana, and they're in Oswego, NY.) They also ended with, "If you don't return the call, we can only wish you good luck."

They said my case was to go before a federal judge or a grand jury and I needed to call this number to find out the information, case number etc. I would talk to a federal employee who would give me the information I needed. It was for an unnamed federal offense.

They said this was my last chance and I would be arrested if I didn't call them right back. Second time they called; today at end of call they said "Well if you don't call, all we can do is wish you good luck". Not exactly what you hear from a real government office.

A recording on my answering ma****e says it's a call about an enforcement action executed by the US Treasury for a federal criminal offense. "Ignoring this is an intentional second attempt to avoid appearance before a federal magistrate" etc. To speak with a federal agent call back at 315-207-5854
