nothing was said, when my voicemail came on, the call ended, no voicemail message left

It called me and I did not hear it but when u looked at my phone I called it back bc I thought it was won of my old friebds but when I called it it said “user busy”

Call came in at 8:25 ' AM' . Most unusual at that time of the morning. No message.

I called the number back and it says "You have reached SSI....an independent research organization. If we called you, we would like you to take a survey to help manufacturers, blah, blah, blah." I ***g up. So sick and tired of getting calls from all these people. What the***** good is the "Do not call list"??? GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!

I am sick and tired getting many calls from this number. Can I block it?
