Thanks for Gavin's comment to call 866-246-7196 to request the do not call. It worked to stop the calls for me too. With the usual complaints, which I certainly agree with, it was great to actually have a solution!

I finally found a solution to stop these calls; it’s a do not call service that provides this service to a small number of companies that call consumers. Call 866-246-7196 and give the caller's phone number to verify it’s on their list and the receiving phone number to add to the do not call list.
