This person just called my eldery mother saying she ows $750 in some bill and they will be there in 30 min to pick up the money or they will take whatever they can for that velue .i called the company in question they have no record what so ever regarding her name or address .I tried to find out his address call him back in differentes opportunities but was imposible, the phone only works in the afternoons.This person is so rude and disrespectful.

Welcome Center employee****isting a victim who received a call today threatening that he was going to repossess his personal belonings at 4:00 p.m. today. Helping gentleman figure out who or what agency was the call orginating from, in an attempt to****ist the situation we first called from a government phone and a hispanic male with either Argentinian or Uruguayan accent answers and immediately ****s up the phone.  We tried twice and had the same results. As a last resort we used the phone of the person receiving the harrasing phone calls and now we do get the same Hispanic male answered and identified as CARLOS CASADIAZ and proceeded to be rude, disrespectful.  After realizing that we were from a legitimate agency he ***g up.  We reported this incident to our local law enforcement who directed us to this site.

He called a***n!

A Carlos Casadilla Attorney called to say that we had a Goverment pending bill and that at "9pm" they were going to evict us from our home.  This call was all in Spanish, He said he was from NY and left this number that was disconnected latter on.

This guy by the name of Attorney Carlos called my mom's house and said that he was going foreclose her home because of a goverment bill she had oustanding.  Lucky since I work for an attorney I called and informed him that he needed to provide me with papers and didn't want to give me any information. I told him I knew he wasn't an attorney because when you call this number back it was an elder woman "maybe his mom" who answered the phone.

Had a client receive a call from this person.  Said he was an attorney and his name was Royal Smith.  Mr. "Smith" told these people that the wife owed him money and that they were going to be evicted from their home.  When they pressed for more information he simply said that they had to get an attorney and he would only talk to the attorney about the matter.  (Call was recieved by client 4/14/09).

want to talk to him or the FBI agents will arrive at home in 1/2 hour to take over home
