Jive. Said it was the IRS filing a lawsuit a***nst me. Duh...,

FreakN ****S! It's a HUGE scam!!! I called them back and they claimed to be an office from IRS and told them they were liars and to take me off their list. The foreign man (who i could barely understand) asked me if i liked ****s...big ones..6 inches. What a freakN PERVERT and discusting!!!!

SCAM! I called this number back to ask to be removed from the call list and the gentleman who answered with a very strong accent shouted "Are you crazy! You are speaking with an officer! You do not ask to be removed from being called!" so as he continued to yell, I ***g up on him and haven't heard from them since. Such a shame they can get away with this.

Have been getting calls from this number (315)334--3167... They always leave a message that I am being sued. I am so tired of people getting my number and calling. I pay my bills and know that I am not being sued or they would know my name. Don't know how to get rid of them..

I received a call with a pre-recorded message that it was their final attempt to contact me prior to the IRS filing a lawsuit a***nst me. I called the number supplied and was greeted by a man with a heavy accent who asked for my name followed by my birth date. At this point I asked, "How do I know you are the IRS." His only response was giving me his name and employee ID (Brian Smith IRM1703). I ***g up and called back using my call identification blocking and the call did not go through. I did this a***n with the same result. I then took off my call blocking and called and a lady with an accent answered. This is definitely a scam. Do not give any personal information to anyone calling from this number. They do not represent the IRS.
