i get a text from 315-367-3934, asking for someone else, at 9am from a Robert Whitman from the Mediation Department and that it is imperative that i contact his office at 866-383-1***

The message was received July 18, 2023, sent to my phone number but addressing my fiancé. His name was in all caps too, and said it was Robert Whitman with Mediation and it was "imperative" that he contact the office @866-383-1***

Said they were the meditation dept looking for a Patti somebody who I have no clue who that is or where that person lives.
