I was a second place winner of a Mercedes-Benz in PCH sweepstakes. Then proceeded to tell me I won 2-1/2 million, AND 7,000 a week, AND the Mercedes-Benz. After a while he asked for $500 for so****ing but by then I knew it was a scam and quit listening, told him ( Jim Livingston) that I was reporting him to the FCC because PCH doesn't ask for money.

Caller called at 1015 and said congratulations you are the second place winner of Publisher Clearing House contest.
