wireless callers do not represent banking or credit card ins***utions. The automated message stated this was the final notification to reduce my credit card interest rates to 6% for all of my credit cards, also they had sent numerous notifications to my residence. Press 1 to speak to a rep. So I pressed 1 and when the out of breath "rep" answered, she asked if I had pressed 1 to reduce my interest rate or if I pay my balances in full each month. I informed her that she was a wireless caller and she promptly ***g up. When I called the number back, it said her mailbox was full. Of course, too many people calling to yell at her. Apparently, she thinks most people are as ****** as she is!!

315-436-6239 - too many unwanted calls from this number. All info matches what has already been reported. They told me they could me as often as they wanted; very rude and obnoxious.

Just got a call from this number. Thought it was from someone back home, as that is my old area code. Called it back but got nothing!

My caller ID states that 315-436-66239 is a cell phone in NY.  It is just another call to getyou to give the caller your personal information.  Don't do it.  It is a scam.  Don't evenbother answer your phone.  Shut off your ringer when you are resting and let all calls goto your message box.  Then you can call back the people that you really want to speakto and ignore these scam calls.  I give my loved ones my private cell phone number and Idon't give that number to anyone else.  If I don't answer my home phone, my loved oneswill call my cell phone.

Unsolicited robo-call claiming to be Credit Card Services and offering to reduce credit card rates

When I asked how they got my number I was told by the telemarketer(he) that my number was not private that they had the right to called me! Her did not give me his name or company name. He ***g up on me. Their number is (315) 436-6239.

These people have been calling me 3-5x a day for over a month!They are extremely rude,as they **** up as soon as you begin to say so****ing.I am registered on the "do not call"list and I feel that my rights are being taken away from me every time they call!!Hopefully this isnt a prank also and you will do so****ing to stop the calls!!

I was just called (8:18 pm CST Thursday, Feb. 3, 2011) by "Card Services" for the umpteenth time but this is the first time from that number. Like another caller, I used to live in -and am originally from- that area code (many, many years ago). I've been getting some version of these calls for three or four years, in off-and-on spurts -sometimes once or twice a day and sometimes months between.According to MyCallBot, this number ranks 7th overall in number of calls placed nationwide, at 21,000/day. It's a cell phone number with New Cingular Wireless, according to Intellius.
