The automated calls originated from the company your li***ry uses to checkout your books. That company is most likely Polaris, which is headquartered in New York. You would probably have a sense of which items might be overdue or where you asked for a reserve item to be sent. If not, you can log on to your account online and check this information. The multiple li***ries you frequent probably all share the same database, so you could select 1 location to find out information about your activities at the other locations. It's the modern age; everything is networked.

"This is your local li***ry calling... You have overdue books...."  Of course, since we live in Florida, it;s unlikely that our "local li***ry" is located in New York.  Biggest problem is that it never says which local libary (we have about 3-4 we use).
