Says I was funded free grant from the government.. of 13000$ which I never applied for.. calls repeatedly at odds hours. Spoke to someone says it’s from my state office which the number belongs in ny but they said they was located in tx.. and my state office is wi, Madison

It is imperative that I call the above number to collect $11,000.89 fund that I have been awarded (a fund I have never applied for). I might just call them back to see how much I have to pay to collect.
