I have received a whole lot of calls and the person always sound the same.... if a, Jack Austin, Shawn Gibson or anyone like that call, then do not fall for it... I became a victim about a year ago and the guy was tellin me about loosin my job, goin to jail, the police will come to my home and all of that.. I got scared at first and paid them... all togetha they got me for about $1200! they still call me to this day. since then I have learned to curse they****ess out nd **** up the phone.

These people have very very strong accents indian accents but will always say an american name, I guess this is to throw people off, not realizing that it doesn't. In any event what these people do is if and when you ever got a payday loan, and haven't paid it or all of it provided you may or may not have gotten one they either get your name from the companies because they buy them off and figure that we will get the money plus interest without realizing that people are not as crazy and ****** as they think.  Look they mention some of your information to you because they believe that will get you to pay. Dont give them any information other that what they think they already have not banking information, no ss# information nothing.  If they keep calling just **** up or **** a whistle in their ear, I really don't care, but these people have been calling me for a long time and apparently they haven't gotten the message that I won't fall into their trap.  I am always threaten, the problem is that they will always call with a different name, company and number so you will never really have a stable number on them to catch them. They use sudo number false number each and everytime. I just pray that the law eventually get them. If so report these calls and all number to the FTC, police, BBB, Attorney General Office of you state whatever. God Bless

I am receiving phone calls from a guy name victor brown. He is saying he is part of the federal law devision and is saying i am in trouble for a payday loan. I never received a payday loan and I don't know what to do.  there phone number is 315-507-8391

Got a call from this number ON MY BOSS' CELL PHONE, stating that it was a legal matter about a payday loan and iden***y theft.  Googled the number, found this page.  Will not be returning his call.

Person called my job,asked for *****ey stated that it was a legal emergency.

THIS IS A SCAM, they are representing themselves as law enforcement officials...THEY ARE NOT!!!!

THIS PERSON IS SAYING HIS NAME IS THOMAS BELL 315 507 8391 HE CALLS MY CELL AND WORK NUMBER HE HAS A HEAVY INDIAN ACCENT AND YOU CAN BARELY UNDERSTAND HIM.  WHEN I CALLED THE NUMBER BACK HE ANSWERS HE PHONE*****O. ITS NEVER ANSWED THE NAME OF THE BUSINESS

I just received the same exact call. I had to repeat my company's policy about employment verification 4 times. He kept saying it was a legal matter, so I told him that I've dealt with lawyers before and they all comply with our policy. He was baffled and then just gave me this number to pass on to the employee if I could. I said sure (as in yeah right).

Some Indian accent guy called saying he was from the FEDERAL CRIME  DEPARTMENT and that a lawsuit was filed a***nst me. Told me his name was Jeff Clark(That is when I knew this was probably a scam)He transferred my call to another guy who said he was Victor Brown(also with heavy Indian accent)I insisted he identify the "Federal Agency" that he worked for and he kept avoiding the question by giving me a case number. I eventually ***g up on him because he was threating me by daring me to **** up and really see what would happen. I did just that! I will note that the number that showed on my caller ID was 916-395-0000. Hope this helps

A man with a heavy Indian accent called looking for an employee claiming he is from the Department of Investigation. Told him could not give out any information or verify if she worked here etc. He said she gave him that number to call her and it was regarding "a legal emergency". His name is William.

calls saying they are suing me refuse to give name and has all my information.  I called back and the individual refuse to give name and stated a different company from which they called.

I received a call from 315-507-8391 - Officer Michael Jones - I told him "She is not in today, may I take a message" since number did not come up on caller ID and I recognized his voice.  He has called before stating from a different company with information on an important legal matter.  I don't intent to call back as I have been receiving this type of call for almost 2 years!  Always a different name and company, but always the same spiel.  Very heavy foreign accent and lots of noise and talking in the background.

The  caller said that my banking info is under investigation and I may be prosecuted, The guys name was John and he sound forien was hared to understand.
