Coninues to call at myplace of employment with threats of sending legal counsel to my supervisor and harase me at my placeof employment.When I asked for the Fax number and address they ***g-up on me,

My wife has been getting the calls for two days now. They come up on caller ID as 00000. She returned a call to "Kevin Miller" and was informed that she was being sued, 3 charges, for a payday loan that she never took out (illegal in our state). He claimed that she was to be in court tomorrow and that someone would be at our home and her workplace to "Take" her to the courthouse. When she asked for more information he became very agitated and rude. She ***g up on him. We later placed a second call and his story c****ed. Instead of being in court tomorrow he claimed that we "had not listened to him correctly" and that he was going to "File" tomorrow, and then he went right back to there being someone here to "Take" her to court in the morning. I demanded that he fax me the information related to the case and he rudely refused. When my wife informed him that we had contacted our atty. and that all further communication would have to go through our atty. "Mr.Miller" ***g up on us. Initial investigation showed that the # was a land line in Carthage, NY. After talking with the Carthage PD I was informed that it is a cell # registered in that area. There is no record of any "LLC Law Firm" in NY State. This is a fraud!

I CALLED THEM BACK AND SAID OK I JUST REPORTED YOU TO THE FTC THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND CONSUMER PROTECTION AGENCY. THEY SAID THEY WOULD FILE MY CLAIM AT 10 I SAID HOW I NEVER SAID WHO I WAS? THEN SHE ***G UP!!!! I WANT TO CATCH THEM SO BAD IT HURTS!!!!!!!!!

Yeah. I just received a call from them, they said that cash partners of america was sueing me for $5000.00.   When I asked for some paperwork they wouldn't send it to me. They wouldn't give me a contact to cash partners of america, which if you google nothing comes up for that, and told me when I ask for the number to contact who was sueing me. They said I wouldnt be able to find it and I can't talk to them, I have to go thru them. Spoke with suporvisor, ***d Smith, which for a foreigner is not a right name. I contacted who I had a loan with and they said they had a couple people call saying that they called them, he told me it was a scam and they do not outsend any info. I got number to report this place to the FTC 877-382-4357, there are people that have fell for it but dont. I called ***d back and told him if he showed up at my job to take me to court bc he wouldn't tell me where it was, then the cops would be here waiting for him. THIS IS A SCAM DONT PAY THEM!!!  DONT FALL FOR IT, THEY HAVE NO REAL WEBSITE, THERE IS NO LLC LAW FIRM IN NEW YOR**** THEY WILL GET CAUGHT EVEN IF THEY DO USE FAKE NAMES!!
