What s Scam. Go to website : FTC Bureau of Consumer Protection & fill out form to file a complaint - Kevin Smith Sr Attorney of the Law Investigation Dept called me at work.. Hope the Gov't shut's them down.

Got a call from 315-532-6035 stating he is meg yahn, calling from the department of law and investigation. He wanted all my personal information stating i was being investigated for a payday loan i had not paid back. I have never gotten a payday loan so i ***g up. I called the number back and blocked my phone number. He kept demanding that i tell him which number i was calling from. After quite a bit of bickering back and forth, he s****ed shouting expetives at me! I was having fun with him. It's a scam. I keep calling him back and harassing him. He doesn't like it at all!

Got a threating phone call from some foreign speaking guy named Kevin Smith stating he was gonna send out a team of investigators to my home to speak with me and if I wasn't home that they would be coming to my job. He called a***n stating that if this matter wasn't taken care of that whatever happens falls back on me. He still hasn't provided any information as to what company he is calling for and when asked he stated that there are many pay day loan companies out here and he can't tell me which one it is. Full of s**t. Still haven't gotten any paperwork pertaining to this matter.

the call was from  a leo mcquire for fast cash international demanding money that we never took on a lone and getting very violent with me and my wife . i reported it to the local police and i am in the proses of fialing a complaint with the ny att. generals office . any other help would be app.

call my aunt, claims to be officer brian wilson. heavy indian accent, from the dept of law and investigation. threaten my 85 year old aunt with a law suit. told her never speak to anyone and **** up quickly

my grandmother received a call from this number. guy with and indian accent named officer brian wilson (yea right). from the department of law & investigation. told her never talk & **** up quick.

Got a call from a friend of mine.  She said some one was looking for me for a bill.  Said they threatened to involve her in a lawsuit as well.  I called and a heavily middle eastern accent with a really bad quality phone connection.  He said his name was "Officer Jeff Thomas" from the Department of Human Investigation.  Said I defaulted on a payday loan with Cashnet.  This guy threatened to have me extradited to New York, go to jail for check fraud, internet fraud. He refused to send me any paper work or let me talk to his supervisor.  He wanted me to handwrite a letter to****ociate Courthouse Services...ACS.  The phone number was a Seattle Area Code and he was calling from New York.  He wanted me to apologize for committing fraud, a promisory note, bank information and have it notarized.  DO NOT DO IT. IT IS A SCAM.  This guy gave me two different dates and it does not add up.  He is a bully and you would be wise to **** up on him.

This guy by the name of officer Sean Miller claims that he is from the Dept. of Law and Investigation. Speaks hardly any english what so ever. Says I will be in great danger for a pay day loan taken out long time ago. I have no idea what he is talking about...

Same old middle eastern/indians scammers, impersonating officers, saying that you owe money off of old pay day loans. Do not be fooled...these idiots were shut down for awhile, but they are back. **** UP DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO
