I got the same automated voice mail to call this number for the IRS, however the call came from 845-627-1487 and if you call that number it does take you to the IRS but they do not take calls on that number. So be careful they are using an IRS number to call out somehow.

Same thing, terrible robo-call stating they are the IRS and issuing an arrest warrant. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!!! The IRS will contact you by mail first and many other things before they ever issue an arrest warrant.

The originating # was 845-627-1487, which seems to actually be registered to the W. Nyack, NY IRS office they claim to be calling from. They were threatening that a warrant had been issued for arrest for failure to file taxes properly, and we were to call this 315 #. This is NOT the IRS. SCAM!
