i received a voice mail from this number and they indicated there was a warrant out for my arrest and that i needed to call them immediately to avoid further legal action. what a joke - i did not return their call.

They said I needed a credit card to make a payment and they had an arrest warrant number for me. Guess I will be going to jail!

I get the same calls. If you google Dave Ramsey collection bullies you can report them to this website

yes receiving harassing calls and voice mails saying I have pay day loan with them never heard of them until today but they do not leave company name but say they will put me in jail if I do not respond and guess no one answers the return call?
