Leave a CommentI didn't answer as it was an out of State call. I don't answer. And if it was of importance they would've left a message. These hackers are trying to get smarter. But we are holding our ground. Glad all of you asked questions.
SPAM! Called my mobile. I did not answer because it was an out of state area code. I tried to call back and # is not in service.
individual called and claimed he is from Microsoft Tech Support and that my IP address has been hacked. i asked him to verify the IP and from where was the IP being hacked, he could not answer that but wanted me to go to my computer to give me security. I asked for his employee ID with Microsoft he gave me this T-45781; this is bogus employee ID. Please be careful with this people, they are the hacker! Do not go to your computer with them.
I had the same problem yes****ay. Lady with an indian accent. From what I could understand she was saying there were hacking attempts as well. I asked her the name of the person she was trying to reach three times, and she ***g up on me. When I called back, it said the number had been disconnected.
Definitely a scam. Same caller from various numbers asking for me to log onto my computer. Claimed to be from Microsoft tech support calling in regards to hacking attempts on my computer. Could not tell me how they got my # and when I asked to speak to a supervisor they ***g up on me.
Caller had thick accent [perhaps Indian?], and claimed to be a Microsoft network representative. She informed me that my network had been hacked. I began to ask her questions about my system. Her answers were evasive/wrong. I told her that I was going to publicize the number she was dialing from, and ***g up.
