The automated message claimed that the IRS was about to file a lawsuit a***nst us. We were to call 347-389-0029 in order to prevent the filing.

I answered the phone and a recorded female voice informed me that the IRS was filing a lawsuit a***nst us. So I looked the number up on the reverse number site and see all these comments. Funny, I just did our taxes last night and E-filed them.

This caller calls every few hours. Have not answered because we don't recognize the number and rea code is out of state. NUISANCE CALL!

Caller has called several times in the last two weeks and has said that we have a problem with our windows 7 on our computer and he was calling us to fix it. They are trying to get access to my computer and when I tried to call them back at this number it states it is not in service.
