got very scarey call that arrest warrant issued due to 2011 federal tax return not paid! going to call police

Received a recorded message that continually loops. Male vouce with Asian accent claims to be David Quay and threatens ***ue legal action and magistrate's criminal charges from the US Treasury unless the scam target calls the number.

He said in a message that his name was David Quay(had an accent) he was a little hard to understand. He said that ignoring the call was subject to federal grand jury if you ignored the call. I called the number back but no one answered, not even a ma****e. Sounds fishy.

Idiot said that I am subject to appear in front of a magistrate or federal grand jury if I ignore the call. You go, boy! Send me the paperwork.

Said they were calling from the US Treasury about a federal offense from three different numbers. clearly a scam.
