Mentioned social security and taking me to court. Never mentions which court, court number, case number, or attorney names.

Called saying "this is the Social Security Administration"... Called back and the wanted my SS number to check if it has been compromised... DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM...

I called back and said: “I’m calling to kindly ask you to remove my number from your calling list.” And that’s after they left a message saying I’m being sued by the social security administration. The man replied with: “yes, of course. Have a good day.” I guess that’s all it takes to get out of legal trouble with the government. LOL. This number is OBVIOUSLY a scam. Good luck folks!

Do not believe this. It is a scam. For added comfort, look up the SSA phone number on your own and call to confirm.

Says they are security administration calling about legal law enforcement action following your social security number for criminal activities.
