I have received several calls tonight from this number. i can hear a person breathing, but when I answer, then they **** up. I try to call the number back and it says its not an accurate number.

Noted comments. Received this number. Caller ID said International Number. Like a previous commen**** may have been a friend of mine overseas using a calling card that was transferred to a local number so that I don't get charged for international calls.

that was a call i got from my friend from outta country im pretty sure its like a calling card number. Idk how to explain it. you call a number and it connects to another number which is the number that shows up on the caller id

Someone from "Regional Shopping Service" asking for $3.00 service charge in exc****e for some "vacation package + $1000 online shopping spree."  It was obviously fake and the caller was struggling with the English language.  So, I ***g up, which I had tried to call the number, getting a busy signal.
