This place is definately a collection agency and they are absolutely horrible at what they do. I delt with one lady, Sarah, who actually helped me but the lady I delt with first was absolutely rude, mean, and ***g up on me. My husband is in the military and we live in germany so I called from overseas and did NOT expect to be ***g up on.  WAY TO TREAT YOUR TROOPS!  But anywho, this place does not accept payments and has yet to prove their promises to "check into" your account for mistakes.

Collection agency, i called the number back after hours and it was all scrambled up, sounded like satan and his demons!!

these people are from a collection agency so they say. there is no listing for them in the directory and no listing with the beter buisness bureau. I have filed a complaing with he better buisness bureau on the information that i have. These people were very rude on the phone and made threatening statements to me....
