They want me to build them a deck. They claim they will send me a check to cover my cost and the other contractor on site. They want me to pay the other person from these funds but the property they are requesting is for sale by another owner

Someone from this number has been texting that they will send money to my business as they want to purchase a custom swing set. They keep insisting for the build to s**** at an address they have sent, 20225 Clark St., Woodland Hills, CA 91367. This property is currently for sale and they are still accepting offers as of February 11, 2024. . Owners of Clark St., property live in the area and are not looking to purchase a swing set. They also keep texting that they will send a check so that I can go pay the on site electrician at Clark St., property. I have nothing to do with this property, I have querried via texts regarding who they are, have asked for an actual phone call to talk in person and they refuse to. These individuals are definitely attempting to run a scam so just be aware.
