Who the f***? That's not the first time I got called by an out of state number this year either

Left no message. Presumably either robocaller (based on other comments) or someone who knows the person who used the cell number before I did.

Didn't leave a message. Reverse phone lookup shows it's a cell number belonging to Danny Miller, Trenkamp Ct, Indianapolis, Indiana. I don't know anyone in Indiana.

Trum calling asking funds and vote. As well appologizing for 2 times divorce and 4 times bankruptcy and he has asking advices, because he has no idea how to run a country, because he doesn't know how to run a business and run a family.
