I got this call too, they said we are not trying to sell you anything, we just want to know if your under contract with a cleaning compnay.

I'm also getting this number call me every 6 hours during the day.research tells me that it's possibly Dell Inc who has sold or given my phone number away to tele-marketers.I wonder if everyone receiving a "blank call" from this number has purchased Dell products in the past?

I keep getting calls from this number. I usually pick up after the first or second ring and they always ****-up.

I made the mistake of answering.  Person on the other end said "Hello" I said "Hello" back and they ***g up. Won't be answering their calls a***n, that's for sure.

Got a call from this number. I let it ring four times. When I picked it up, nothing. So, one solution to reduce Telemarketing is to set your ringer for more than four rings.
