Turns out I was almost fallen victim to this scam. They called today while I was working. 01/11/2011 I thought it was amazing since i have never been in any legal trouble. Financially or otherwise. DONT BELEIVE THIS...ITS A SCAM...dont verify anything and let them know you've been made aware of their scam. They WILL stop calling you!!

When our phone ring, we don't answer the phone if the phone numbers show on our caller ID are just toll free coz those calls are just nothing but junk calls. But today, I was expecting a call from my family in the Philippines so when the phone rang, I thought it was just a call from here in Indiana (DWAYNE TANDY 317-238-3243) and I answered it. I was surprised when I heard my brother's voice who's in the Philippines. I just ignored it. Then just tonight, I got another call from the same name and number...I answered the phone and I heard my brother and my ***her's voices so I asked my brother why the phone # is showing DWAYNE TANDY 317-238-3243 instead of his cellular phone #, he said he's using his cellphone and didn't know nothing about that unknown person/numbers. We are just hoping that we are not going to get charged with my brother's long distance calls because he already paid for the calls.What type of scam is this? I hope and pray that these scammers should stop scamming if they don't want to go to*****!!!

This call is a scam telling you that you are a suspect in a fraud investigation concerning a defaulted payday loan. They always speak with what sounds like a middle eastern indian accent. They can never provide you with proof, saying you must make an arrangment to pay right now or federal agents will be at your door tomorrow morning to take you to court in handcuffs. They will only turn over the proof to your attorney and ask for his or her info. They will have your information, address, name, bank, even social. Don't confirm any of it. Don't pay them. I have gotten this call from three different states, and each call is nearly identical.

I get a missed call from this numebr. When i call back it asks to enter card details. Some one should ban this numebr. Its irritating to get calls at late night.

I get a call from 317-238-3243 (missed call @ odd times). When i call back it asks for a card number.Please some one get rid of this number.

I received a call from this number and when dialed it was asking for the credit card number. Some frauds are out there.

This individual that called lived in another country, I’m curious to find out how did they come by this number in order to call from? (Live out of the United State)
