call comes in and no one on the other end. The it ****s up. If I call the number back, it says it's a non working number . Then I wait a few minutes and call back a***n. Then it says "Your account is at a zero balance, before making or receiving anymore calls please call, 866-837-3387. and that number belongs to Verizon.. I would encourage people to call Verizon and hammer them about these HARASSING ****UP CALLS. coming from their service. They should be able to zero in on who is doing it and cut them off..

as soon as I answer, they **** up. So frustrating and annoying. Trying to run a business here and they should be held accountable. It's the same people who have called from a different number.
