Call my wife scared her tried to make her think she owed JCPenney some money of $232 and if she didn't pay it they were going to serve her at home or her work and it was going to cost her another $1,000 and she will have to pay it.

stated that I owe over $1000 to an Elder ****man account from 2014. They will settle for $750 to be paid within 24 hours or I will be served papers for court. I closed my Elder ****man account in 2007. They also had the last 4 digits of my SSN.

Had my name, stated I needed 2 pieces of ID to be served.

Gave my name, stated I needed 2 firm of ID to be served paperwork and then it disconnected. The recording was Stacey McMoni

This no called myself and my ***her and left voicemails stating needing to get in touch with me by name. Made comment about intent to defraud. Suspect scam
