If you want these calls to stop you can go to fcc.gov and file and complaint. It takes a little time, but it's worth it to try to catch these criminals. The FCC can do nothing if you don't report it. The DO NOT CALL list does work for the honest solicitors. For honest solicitors, they actually use the DO NOT CALL LIST, but rest****ured some of the calls you may get are from honest people. Example is: any organization you belong to can call you, such as your church, your school, your political party, your medical company, your insurance company, your financial ins***ution, etc. If it comes up "UNKNOWN" it's probably a scam, and you should report it, but it's hard to report it if you don't answer it to know what's on the other end.Tell them to stop calling. If they still call, you truly have a legitimate case and must report it to the FCC. Believe me, reporting it to the FCC does work. The FCC can do nothing, if you don't report it. I keep a list with dates, times & phone numbers and submit an FCC complaint each week if necessary. I've rec'd many thank you letters from the FCC, and yes, some criminals keep getting new numbers, but we can curb the problem if we are proactive. If we do nothing, we get nothing!!!

I let the ma****e answer. Have no idea who it was. When I heard what the recording was saying I stopped it, so****ing about credit card service. Don't know why they called since I am on teh do not call list.
And we wonder WHY We have a TELEMARKETING PROBLEM ??? I think the callers should be made to give US Their personal HOME phone numbers... so we can PLAGUE THEM as they do US !!!!!!
Called me a***n and I usually just **** up but I thought I'd talk to them about removing my phone number. When I asked the guy to remove my number he said "I want to have *** with. Remove number" and ***g up. I called back and got a voice mail and left them a message and as much as I wanted to I did not lower myself to their level.

My mother received a call this morning from male with and accent saying he was with Visa and Mastercard services and would like to lower her interest rates. I'm glad I came by, because she told the caller she authorize me to speak with him. The caller became very nervous as I begin to question the purpose of his call. Asking him vital details, like what is the actual balance on the Visa Card? He said about 3,000 dollars. I said what the actual balance. He ***g up quickly. What he did not know is the fact my mother doesn't have a Visa Card. I traced the phone number to 60 year old Kathlee M Chase 816 Sunblest Blvd Fishers, IN 46038 (317) 542-3764. The number was busy, It's apparent that the perpetrator's are using some type of cloning ****od to make these calls targeting unsuspected victims. Since I'm am radio personality, I will continue to inform my listening audience about these types of scams. Also as U.S. Army Gulf War Veteran I take this as personal attack on my family, community and nation. Further I will follow with Visa and Mastercard about this incident.
Spammer using this number for twice daily calls about my last chance to lower my interest rates. I do not answer but my answering ma****e picks up the message. Immediately thereafter, a second call from these same people whose 2nd number 724-258-6256 and name Stephen Buzalka shows on my caller ID. I am on the NCL but that doesn't stop these people from calling my home in the morning, afternoon, and sometimes evening.
They have called me twice in the last 3 days. I won't answer numbers I don't recognize and I definitely don't know anyone in Indi****
they had called and I awsered. when I pressed one and the guy on the other end s****ed swearing up a storm and ***g up on me! sorry it is a scam it they are swearing!.
Seems like the latest iteration of the "Cardmember Services" scam -- this one involves an impossibly chirpy recorded voice opening with "Congratulations! Because you've made all your payments on time, you've qualified for special lowered interest rates on your credit cards!" That was when I ***g up.
We received a call from this number also this morning but did not answer.
Someone called me from this number to see if I want to lower my rates. I pressed 1 to speak to a person to let them know that i am on the "do not call" list. And when i asked why they are calling, a person with an accent said he wanted to f*ck me. Then he ***g up. This is the 2nd time they have called saying the same thing.
Just a taped voice message about lower rates on blah blah blah. I just ***g up. I usually do not answer calls where I do not recognize the number.

Recording, lower your interest rates
Stopped the call, but****ume that they are just another one of the endless array of scammers that call. Oddly enough, most of our scam calls come within the same hour each day, and have so for years and years (this call came through right on the scam schedule). Isn't worth talking to such people, as they NEVER take you off the list, and they can be pretty nasty.
nasty man offering lower mortgage rates. When asked to stop calling he s****ed using profanity and advised he will continue calling us. I have blocked the number.
