Hey Sallie Mae, Didn't you guys just have a class action lawsuit where you sent me a check for $172 for constantly calling people? Yes you did! Here you are are again, calling people, using the same tactics that got you sued before. I will be waiting for the next lawsuits. Jerks!

Caller ID says Sallie Mae, but got a call that left a message and an 800 number, not a 317. My guess is something is happening with the real one and the scams are trying to hook some fishes.

I make my payments to sallie mae and half of them get sent back

asked for my bday and ssn to verify who I am, ah do I look stupid, they called me.. became angry when I wouldn't give it..idiots

I answered, pointed out that I wasn't the guy they were looking for, and they said I'd be removed from the database. No new calls in several days.
