SO SICK OF THEIR CALLS!
just got new phone 2 weeks ago. get calls all the time. how did they get my #.
What area code is that?
Despite letting the answering ma****e catch ALL phone call; despite never having a business relationship; this newspaper has locked this home telephone line open at least three times. It is now sending printed soliciations to my dad. He is an honorably discharged United States of Amercia World War II Veteran of Foreign Wars Army Corp**** in the Military Police. He served with the famous 36th Division T-Patchers in Africa, Italy, France and Germany. At 86, he is hard of hearing, hard of reading and his body mass is wasting away. As his Attorney in Fact, and his only child, I will write a letter to Bryan Sturgen, Vice President of Circulation.
When I answer no one is on the other end of the line. I know they are trying to get newspaper subscriptions (is this really a good business practice?). I try calling back to tell them to stop calling but I get a recording that tells me to stay on the line and then the call disconnects. It is 9:37 and they have made their first call of the day this will continue until around 8:30 tonight.
calls numerous times everyday and when answered ***ody is there.
Have called every day this week and **** up when answered
stop calling
This number has called me about 6 times in the last 2 days. I have not answered because I don't recognize the number and they never leave a message. If they would only leave me a message, I would gladly call them back if it were important.
Calls Every Day, sometimes 2x a day. Do not stop regardless of what you tell them.
They call everyday.
Phone rings, but ***ody there.
The Star is calling me 3 times a day every day. I don't read the newspaper.

This is your Indianapolis newspaper blatantly violating the state and federal Do Not Call lists.
I have not taken the Indy Star for at least 10 years and these idiots call me sometimes 3-4 times a day. They call 2-3 times every Sunday and every day of the week. I am so sick of this I have told them over and over "I DO NOT WAnT A PAPER". When I paid for it I either didn't get it or it was strewn all over my yard and the neighbors and almost never on a Sunday and they had to send a supervisor out with it 2-3pm. Is there any way we can get rid of these idiots?????????????????//
these people are rat *******s.I applied for their ****** paper back in the day when I was unemployeed. when I was done with that I stopped my subscription to the paper once it ran out. they would call every few days---including 830 in the morning on a sa****ay. Well---lookie lookie I just got another call from them because my paper subscription is coming to a close (im looking for a new job) and this time I was smart enough to give them my work phone number so they cant wake my sleepy a** up. they are relentless and even when i told them "Yuo know waking me up early on a sa****ay isnt a good way to get me to resubscibe to your ****** paper.". they kept calling till i snapped on them completely. at any rate---Indy star ****s!
These people are so****ing else. We've lived here only a week and a half, and the calls s****ed from the very first day, while we were moving in! I have e-mailed this Anne King person, hopefully now the calls will stop!
call Bryan Sturgeon Vice President of Circulation 444-4152 to stop the calls, tell him you will hold him responsable if you receive one more.
According to other sites that I have seen, this is the Indianapolis Star calling. They will call several times a day, ignore your request to be removed from the list, and then continue to call you after that.
Told them 3 times now that they have the wrong number, they are asking for a different name. They are still calling 3 to 4 times a day.
