I just recieved calls from this number and they keep ****ing up

This****hole has been calling me over and over a***n... Its getting old... definitly so****ing a miss with these people

Some one called, identified himself as Jeff Harvesty(?) When I offered to take a msg, he ***g up quickly after stating he would call back. I took him to be a bill collector but was surprised to get call on cell since mostly this # is not given out to anyone but family.

Just got a call from them and ignored it...is this legit?

Got a call from this number today.

I've received numerous calls from this 317-613-3005 number over the past couple of weeks and every time the message left for me is just, "Hi. This is Russell Lightened. Please call me at (866) 577-6799 extension 408."

If anyone continues to get calls from that number please make a post on here. Senex Services was officially shut down by a Federal court in Indianapolis in late December. Their offices in Indianapolis were raided by the FBI and all property was removed and will be auctioned off at a later time. Senex was sued in Federal court and "lost all****ets".  Hopefully this will end any harassment you've encountered until their accounts are sold off.

They call me so much that I've began sending them holiday cards! They keep asking for someone who is not me yet when I tell them it's not me they continue to  call.  at least I made a good friend.

I get a call at work every week from these people, but they must s**** talking over my voicemail message because I only get the last part of the message.  Caller ID says Senex Debt Solutions.   I tried calling them back to tell them to stop calling and they claim they never called me.

Not to worry people.  Senex Services will be shut down a***n soon for the SECOND time.

I have an Idea, why dont you call back and make sure they have all the info they need to close the accounts or pay them. That would be an Idea cause  Its your bill.

Shows as "No name" - upon research reveals it is "Senex Debt Solutions" - calls relentlessly both my & my spouse's cell phones. Does not leave a message. MUST be able to VERIFY the debt. Predators.

Numerous harassing calls at odd hours of the day including weekends, Sundays and holidays.  Never identifies purpose of call - says his name is Mark Adkins. Caller id reflects 317-613-3005; he requests a call back to 888-577-7056, Ext. 423.  Probably some "charged off" medical collection of some kind.  Very scary how these people get this information about you but refuse to divulge any information about their company, etc. Aren't HARASSING calls at an individual's place of employment and home illegal, especially once they have been asked not to call you.  And more importantly, why all the secrecy if their quest is legitimate?

Someone named Barry called my parents from this number on Christmas Eve and scared my mother. I have not lived with my parents in 20 years and there is no reason for anyone to call my mother and scare her. He told her that I owed money to someone and he needed information about me but he would not tell who I supposedly owed. Barry then called me a week or so later telling me that I owed hospital bills for a visit that was covered by workman's comp a few years ago. I told him not to call me and not to call my mother. Since then the number has been popping up on my phone but the caller ****s up after the phone rings for about a second. Quit harassing people, Barry!

My mother received a call from this number by someone named Barry on Christmas Eve telling her that I was in trouble over money owed to someone. He scared her. I have not lived with my mother in 20 years. The man knew my name and my mother's name and it really freaked my mother out. This person is a creep!

These people call me either every few weeks or every fews months, I have the same conversation.  Hello may I speak to ..... saying my last name incorrectly, and then expecting me to answer with a a yes without her telling me who she is or where she's from.  She just insist that she has to speak to .....  Lady, why would I agree to tell you who I am with you providing me with information as to who you are!!

I just s****ed using this trac phone and didn't pick up because I didn't recognize the number and didn't want to pay for the call time.  Evidently they are just making random calls.

It's quite annoying.  They call every couple days.  Usually they leave a message to call them back at some 800 number but give no information as to why; other times they just call and just **** up on us.  It's getting tiring.  I don't know how they got our number - it's getting to the point that I want to c****e it.

Called my cell, left a voice mail then immediately called a***n. No real information in the voice mail other than to call back. Not gonna do it as it's probably a scam

Extremely invasive. Cat****g me off guard, this woman immediately pushed me for personal information while refusing to reveal anything about herself, her company or why she was calling until she succeeded at obtaining personal information about me which was non of her business. Instinctively, I refused to comply and she terminated the comversation while still refusing to admit the purpose of her call.

'Paul' called at 6am, was extremely rude and didn't believe me when I stated who he was calling for wasn't home.  Refused to say what he was calling about or who he was working for other then he needed to 'speak to me about some business'.

They've been calling me about once a week for the past 4-5 weeks. The same lady always leaves a voicemail asking me to call her back, but gives no information as to why they are calling. Quite annoying, and I'm playing stubborn by not calling them back until I get some more information.

Made a call to my husband's cell phone claiming we owed $4 that we owed it since 2003 my husband had filed bankruptcy back then and they said it wasn't included in the bankruptcy how would they know about the bankruptcy and why wouldn't we have received a bill over this many years?  $4 most people would whip out a check book or Credit Card to pay it so are they fishing for information?

Lady was a total jack a** Ive asked numerous times for them to provide do***entation as to what the total bill was and the amounts paid down .. Have yet to recieve anyhting or any proof the just seem to ask for money with out being able to validate why!

Received a call from this number on July 8 2008.  Caller name was Erin, asked for a return call at 1-888-577-7056 ext 410
