Got a text from this number, claiming a payday loan. Not sure how they have my # as I am pretty specific about not giving mine out

A *****, Idiot, Looser, has sent out many sms texts RE: payday loan.. the texted from number is this 317-***-***7.  I guess people are suspossed to reply to the text.  Many of the recipiants are simply calling the ***** who has charge of the 317-***-***7 number. The callers hear the *****, in a *****en voice, who says his name is Sum Mo Poaches, "call me or text me about the PayDay Loan" then the ***** leaves my cell phone number, a 903 393 exc****e from Tyler Texas issued by Verision wireless. This is not costing me anything but patients. HELP HELP HELP
