I've reported this number to the do not call registry, and they keep calling. I try to call them back and it disconnects

I have no idea who this is.

It is a school, like univesity of pheonix trying to get you to sign up for school. scam artist, they used to use 1-877 numbers now they are trying local area code numbers via sevices like magic jack so you will answer it.

This number keeps calling my 10-year-old daughter's cell and when answered says nothing - try to call back the numbe and it is busy...
