I have had this number calling over and over a***n, sometimes 5-6 times a day. I answered it today and it is some education connection thing from where I was looking for an online college. If you answer and tell them to stop calling they say they won't call a***n.

I'm constantly getting calls from this number but no one ever leaves a message. They're calling my cell phone, so I don't answer unknown calls so that my minutes are not wasted. Unknown callers must first leave a message. This caller keeps calling more than 10 times per day. Who is this?

10 calls and 10 messages, but they do not say anything in the messages! Annoying!!
