some privavcy laws make it hard to tell things witing verifying who we are speaking with. all im allowed to say at my company is its in regards to a student loan. im not even allowed to say preexsisting.

Left a message on my phone, but when I called back would not specify why they called. To my knowledge, I am not in arrears in anything and I suspect this to be a scam.  Very frustrating.

got a  message from them and called back, only for someone to be a totall a**, i ask a question and he would avoid the answer to say i owe money, i also asked for a complete itemized statement for my ins. he said no, it ended up with him saying this will have to be a legal matter, then i said do not contact me a***n about this .
