This person is stealing photos of legit properties on the market for rent, running fake ads with rents at half the market price. He directs potential victims to the legit showing websites to get a code to view the property. Then he has them send money to him directly and tells them to keep the key. I literally just caught it happening. Some poor lady sent him money and kept my key. Fortunately I figured it out soon enough to change the locks and avoid a victim squatter. Unfortunately for the poor victim, she will never get her money back.
