It's an inmate from either DOC or a county jail to accept the call or block the number. Only issue is the automated system starts before voicemail fully takes over so you don't get to hear what facility is coming from or the inmates name. Stressful Ik a few in both places and keep missing the call everytime

It was a recorded message that stated some county correctional facility, asked me to accept charges, or press some number to find out what the charges were going to be. They called me 4 times yesterday and 1 time so far today, a coin company in Louisianna.

It shows up as being from Bossier Louisiana because that's where the company is based that is providing this phone service for the people in jail and prisons. It does not mean that the person trying to call you is in jail in Louisiana .

This number is a legitimate business called City TeleCoin that installs and maintains phones in correctional facilities and county jails. Their system is the only way inmates can call family members. Listening to the recording and pressing 3 will block this number from calling your phone.

Not spam. It is a prepaid call from someone who just got locked up. You should answer it just to see who it is ! Might be someone you know and needs your help! Won't cost you anything.

They said I had a call from an inmate at some jail in some state where I don't know anybody.. They called around 1am I just blocked them

Based on the voicmail left this is a call from a female inmate in a prison in Louisiana. Don't know anyone in Louisiana, never mind in their prison system.

County jail, not a collect call. The inmate uses money on there commissary to make the call.

It's a program for inmates to call. I do know someone who is in jail and it was him who called. To the people who don't know anyone in jail - maybe they got the phone numbers mixed up?

I received a call from this number this morning, which I did not answer. My voicemail said a call from an inmate. Caller left a voicemail stating he loved and missed me. Have no clue who this is, but I work at a prison and inmates are always playing games and trying to scam people, so beware if you don't know them.

I am getting calls from a county jail inmate via electronic forwarding service with a computer generated voice. The voice says to press 3 to stop all calls from this service but it don't work they just keep calling. The name of the service is city tell a coin inc. they have a web site which is http://www.citytelecoin.com Please help they are very annoying.

This number showed up on my phone at 8:18 am and left a voicemail saying I had a collect call from a Lee County Juvenile Inmate. But when I called the Lee County Juvenile Dentention Center, they said they didn't call, and they don't allow inmates to call before 9:00 am.

Some one name Willie Lee has been calling my cell phone. How he got my number I don't know and I don't know anyone in prison. How can I get these calls to stop.
