answered call, very noisy, not clear who was trying to call

Received call in automated Spanish. Called back and automated message, a guy with an accent spoke of how they will call you back. Travel related call. Odd.

Got the call too. I speak VERY limited Spanish, which is the language that the call was in, but I recall hearing Spanish for "last four digits" and "receive your gift." I notice that many of these posts were made in the past 7 hours. Interesting.
