This individual contacted my wife, who is a mental health professional, and lied about who he was, claiming he owed money to her husband. He had used his access to public records to find her phone number and was harassing her. I attempted to call the man twice but he refused to answer the phone. I believe i offended his boyfriend in a real estate transaction and he feels the correct way to get even is to antagonize the family members of the person who stood a***nst his pride.
