Definitely a credit card scam callers sounded Middle Eastern or of Asian dissent huge language barrier probably using a fake phone server to make it appear as the calls or return it within the United States everyone needs to file reports that the FBI about these people because it is their jurisdiction but ***ody ever takes the time to do so
