They call every day @ 9a.m. and 4 p.m. with other calls in between. Never leave a message. This disturbs my invalid parent who sleeps during the day. Help!

They make way 2 many calls throughout a days period, that violate the FDCPA.(Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) The way their getting around it, is cause they dont bother 2 leave any messages on ma****es. But when I pick up an **** up, thats considered an answer. In turn, if they call back a***n later that same day, total law suit waiting 2 happen. I hope they understand what their reps are violating.
