I don't know if they are a spammer or not. Of you answer it puts you in hold. I am not going to wait for a spammer to come to the phone.

They just s****ed calling my phone recently. All it says is IA. They call twice a day and leave no message.

CBE Group is a collection agency. Address PO box 900, Waterloo, IA 50704 u can legally demand they stop calling u. Go to www.ripoffreport.com & search report #617432 for instructions. If they don't already have your address the only problem to me is u would be giving it to them?

It comes up on my caller ID as "CBE."  Who (what) is this?  They have been calling my home phone number for several months every day...no messages left.
