I have recieved a call from this number 4 times within the last 2 hours, I won't answer it and they don't leave a message or anything.

Calls every day,several times a day.

A company offering debt relief services or so****ing. Im not in debt so Ive asked them to take me off their call list and they said no.

Call came from Van Horne, IA..said that my debit card has been inactivated...and it wanted my 16 digit card number, well I entered in 16 0's three different times, the answering service ***g up on me, tried to call the number back and it went to some kids voicemail. Please watch what you do and don't get pulled it!!

I gave them information that I thought was the debit card company to reactivate my card, but not my pin number. not sure who this person is but this is very dangerous.

Scam recording identifying as American National Bank saying for security reasons, my ATM card was frozen. It asked me to dial 1, but I ***g up.

reported to be from American National Bank and had frozen my ATM card, then wanted me to enter the card #, etc. This is a phishing call.

Told them to take me off their call list and they responded you don't even know why we called. I ***g up and called back and the a hole says why are you calling me several times

PLEASE PLEASE ANYONE READING THIS-take it seroiusly!!!!  Got this exact same call tonite! Called the local police and filed report. Asked them to put the number in their database and see if they could trace to owner.  Cop called me back and did file report. Had interesting point, though: this could be forever untraceable if these *****in scammers are using some type of no-contract or pay-as-you-go type service....as then the number just goes away when the month is up...therefore, untraceable! I panic to think of anyone who's ever put their bank info in, as they are no doubt cleaned out quick by these jack***es!!!!  But what comes around goes around and they will eventually get what's comin to them!!! I actually texted the number back and it said it went through- texted that they are committing a felony, and that I had filed report with police and they will be found and punished!!!

I have also received calls from this number very annoying calls sometimes 3 -4 times a day

This caller has called my phone 6 to 7 times in 30 minutes and will not speak. I called back and it sounded like a ***** old man when answered and then they ***g up.

This person has called me 2 times within the last half hour. No message, no one on phone....its BS

Am receiving up to 8 calls per hour from 319-264-3864 as late as 10:30 p.m. Have no idea who it is; I don't answer such unknown calls.

i get this 4 times a day i call back and i get a busy signal .. just do not respond...if they don't leave there correct number then its a scam..

they will not say who they are..you can't call back ...just slam the phone in there ear...

This caller was involved in a scam in my town. It was an automated message stating that they were representing a credit union in town and your atm card had been locked. In order to unlock it you had to enter your credit card #

From this number, an automated system from Pacific Crest Federal Credit Union concerning my ATM card.  Don't have an account there.

Automated message from the caller says they are from the Southwest Credit Union and that they locked my debit card.  If I want to unlock it, put my debit card number through the phone, yeah-right.  Beware

3192***864 called left no human message but the ans ma****e p/u the computerized voice saying "goodbye". Said 'Van Horne' on the caller i.d.

Calls my land line several times a day. When I let my answering ma****e answer, all i hear is a "thank you", the ****up. When I answer, there is no sound, then a "thankyou" and a ****up. When I called this number I got a message "we are sorry, your call did not go through".

Received call and after a minute, automated female voice said 'Thank You' before ****ing up

The worst thing you can do is call them. instead of whining here report them to donotcall.gov. That works if you have registered your phone with the donotcall.gov. Complaining here alone will not send the government after them.

same as the rest of you except today, when he woke me up, I got a recording of a man's voice... about 30....mi****ing what I'd said last week "Why are you calling me? Why?" in this mock plaintive tone followed by sick laughter. We need to stop this guy. I'm calling Benton Police Dept.... the #'s in Benton, Iowa. suggest you all do same. thanx.

W***ver call from 319-264-3864 has called my office at least 50 times. I have all of their dates recorded on my vonage phone bill. I know there is a FBI website that they can be reported to. You might try to block the number from coming in.

SAME Thing happens to me!!!! I SURE HOPE We dont get charged for calling them back thats sure a scam of all scams..

This number is always from Fidelity Health Insurance...I am trying to get a formal complaint to the FCC for harrassment on them.

These s*** bags are clearly violating the Do Not Call Law !!They call me 3-4 times per week trying to sell me health insurance.They falsely claim that I responded to one of their ads. The numberthey call me from: 319-364-3864 cannot be called back. They keep calling my home about 5 times a day but don't leave a mesage. It is annoying!

Over and over, a call with no one there. I do *69 and get the number, but when I call, a message says this extension has a full mailbox. That's it. Could be a debt collector for someone who doesn't live here anymore, but I can't tell them that.
