They called 5 times this afternoon alone. ***ody on the other end everytime I answer.  This is a Sunday so even if this is a survey company, calling and ****ing up is harrasment.  It's a shame that this JOKE Do Not Call List is nothing but a way to keep us foolish American public from calling the FCC and making complaints.

Calls every day and doesn't leave a message. I suspect a politcal survey

These people have called me every single day mutliple times in the last 5 days.  I don't answer unknown calls, but I wish they would stop calling my phone!  I am on the Do not call list, and they are calling my cell phone!

I answered the phone and didn't say anything. Heard a lady say*****o a couple of times. I called the number back and they say they are a survey company and are exempt from the DNC list but you can tell them your phone number within 10 secs. I said my number and that I will sue them if they call a***n.

Got a call this afternoon. ****up, no mesaage. ID sez: Frank N. Magid. I recognize the name as a well known market research firm. Didn't know they used such harassing ****ods in their research. What they are doing skirts illegality but it sure doesn't skirt the limits of decency. Their big customers (CBS? ABC? NBC?) will listen to blog static and noise a***nst them and their ****ods. S**** ranting loudly now.

These people call every day and even on sa****ay and sunday.  They have no day of rest and never give us a day of rest without harrassing us.

Called and asked about what news sources I get news from...

Can't anyone stop these people? Maybe a class action lawsuit for harassment (I'm kidding....sorta.)

319-447-5488 called at 9:09pm. ID read UNAVAILABLE. Rang 3 times and stopped. I was at the computer when it first rang, saw the number and googled it before it stopped ringing.

Receiving multiple calls from 319-447-5488.  They hand up each time we answer.  Tried calling them back, automated ma****e stated they were Frank & Meg****ociates a national research firm that is exempt from DNC List.  Left my number to have it removed.  If it's a prank to remove it and I will contact my state district attorney's office.

Phone rang, I answered, the line wasn't dea, but no one said anything; I ***g up and Googled the number; found this website. I thought a government agency was going to follow up and do so****ing about callers like this... wasn't that part of the reason for having a DNC list?

I had the same number fill my caller ID log while I was on vacation last week. I called it back and it was a recording for a market research company. They did not leave a message but they have not called back since. I thought it rather strange that the calls stopped the day I came home.

Hi,This number 319 447-5488 with the name Frank N. Magid called my house at 1:14 I answered & the guy Mike Salyersbed (?) says he with market research. I told him I'm on the "Do Not Call List" & he says it doesn't apply to market research... but here's his # showing up on this website.

Called just before 9pm; said they were doing a survey with 3 questions.  Asked for my zip; besides my town, where I shopped the most; besides my town where my healthcare was and the 4th question, town of employment.

They call as late as 10pm, and call as many times as 6 per day! If I answer there is noone there.

Yep, same here.  They call every evening 4-5PM.  I'm also on dnc list.  Call ID shows number only.
