Why cant some govt agency do so****ing about this? Its so obvious its illegal.

They just called me and when I picked up, no one answer at the other end. Very annoying.

Just got my 10 or 11th call from them. They identified themselves as "Warranty Solutions" and the operator was Michael Martinez. I asked for the 10th or 11th time to be taken off their list. Hopefully it will work. If now, we should all consider filing a complaint with the appropriate agency, it is illegal to solicit cell phones.

Call just came into me in Northampton, MA. Didn't answer, but have received multiple phone calls from this number.

Got call on a work cell phone, this is third time I've received a call like this, also in In Texas, and if attempt to follow menu to unsubscribe, I always get disconnected.

I just received a call from them too. I didn't pick up and they didn't leave a message. But I remember receiving a call about a factory warranty thing a few weeks ago. It's probably the same person. I had just thought that they had made a mistake and somehow got my number instead.

** try this - everyone - answer the phone, get excited about whatever they are selling, but most importantly, keep them on as long as you possibly can - works well if you have a hold ****on - ex: put them on hold while you check the miles on your vehicle to see if you're eligible for their "extended warranty"...if everyone ****s right up & it takes 1,000 calls to find a ****er, they will find their ****er every 16 1/2 minutes - but if everyone keeps them on for 20 minutes (my record is 37); they will have to re-do their equation - or just find a legitimate way to make money...

I just received a call from them on my cell phone.  Same vehicle warranty scam that I've been receiving weekly for the past two months.

They just called me this am also here in Texas. It is a telemarketing..it is VERY ANNOYING

This was a call about this being my 2nd and final notice that my factory warranty is about to expire.I get this same call at least once a week from different phone numbers.

I get calls from this, too.  No message, and when I call back, "the phone number is not in service", or so the recording says.  So annoying!

My house phone and cell phone ring at the same time with this number as the caller.  However, when I try to call the number it is not a good number although it is registered to:Gomez Juan   (319) 758-7205   800 Melrose Ct,  Burlington, IA 52601The same thing happened a few weeks ago but I don't remember if it was the same number or not.  It's just very freakish to have both phones ring at the same time from the same caller.  What's up with that?

After a little research, and a call and complaint to the Burligton IA police department, a Detective HIll, checked into this matter and Juan Gomez. He called me back and stated that after checking, the calls are not coming from Gomez. there were three complaints to them 7/12/08. All were the same complaint. This is a scam and the phone numbers are more than likely being generated and routed to these numbers via a computer. Detective Hill gave me this number to call the FTC to file a complaint 1-877-382-4357. Maybe if engough of us file a complaint, they can stop these *****s

This number keep calling my cell, telling me last chance to buy some auto warranty for my truck.  I don't own a truck.  Never have.  Cost me money on the cell every time.  How do you get them to stop?

This is the third time these ****s called me. Called my cell the first time so I pressed them for info and they ***g up immediatley. I told my friend about it and they said they got the same phone call at their work!! They called at my work the second time so I decided to go along with it, act like a dumb blonde, and maybe learn a new sales technique....since I am a salesperson myself. I guess my car warranty was expired, which I knew was complete bu***hit, and told me needed a new one. I said " Ohhhh, I didn't know that! *** what do I do...can you help me?" He was of course reading from a script and seemed dumbfounded I agreed to work with him, so he sorta scrambeled to his next line and asked for driver's license number, license plate #, make, model, year. So I gave him the details of my dream car some fake numbers =P. I got a phone call on another line (at work) so I HAD to **** up!!! Dammmmmmm *******s. They called me today, but I wasnt able to answer. Just mess with them!!! and see what happens. I****ume they want your credit card info in the end then just **** up on you and go purchase a new car on ebay thru paypal or go on a fancy vacation. Anyway, be careful, there are so many scams floating around today...dont trust anyone especially those calling about your house who are not from a reputable real estate company! Trust me!

Received numerous phone calls from an unknown number about auto warranty.  I finally pressed 1 on my cell phone and I got transferred to a guy named Mark, who answered "Warranty services".  His number is 754.246.3390.  When I pressed him for information, he became nervous and told me that he had no idea what was happening, and told me that he just receives calls from 319.758.7205.  Called this number and it has been disconnected.  How can we find these people?

Just recieved 3 of these in the past 10 minutes.  I shut my ringer off!!!! I dont even own a car lol!!!

They call me EVERY DAY!!!! Very upseting.

after a little reverse phone look up, this phone number looks up as belonging to Juan Gomez, 800 Melrose Ct, Burlington, IA 52601 319-758-7205. if it is not him running a scam, maybe he needs to figure out why we are getting calls from his number and stop it.

Do not own a vehicle requiring warranty. These guys know they are scamming s***, rude smart!!xs. Told this one my number is on do not call list and would file formal complaint. I tried to call back on land line, number does not exist.

Same as above, auto warranty. Costing me money on my cel phone minutes. This scam has been going on for at least a year, and is getting worse.

This is the same "auto warranty" scam that I have received recently.  The heard the same recorded message about my auto factory warranty is about to expire.
