This number calls me between 12 and 15 times a day. No messages.

This spam number has called me as many as ten times per day lately (middle of August 2021). Sometimes, they call three times each hour for an entire day. It seems to be harassing me because I let calls go to my voice mail. I find this behavior obnoxious and wonder why the State of Iowa (unlike other states) does nothing to prevent this abuse of public telephone lines that we pay for.
