Received a call from this number 02/19/16, but it cut our due to poor reception. According to my phone, it originated in Minnesota - I am currently in Alaska.

I received a prerecorded phone message saying that I had recently made a purchase at a network member and was en***led to a $100 gift card to use at BestBuy, Amazon, and other stores. Calling 320-216-8220, I spoke with a man with an African accent who did not give his name but asked mine. He repeated the sales pitch and said there was a $3.89 "activation fee" and asked what credit card I would be using. I told him neither and ended the conversation.
